Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A / C in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a full-time Journeyman HVAC Tech - Installer to complete high-quality repair and installation services for our clients. WHAT WE OFFER OUR JOURNEYMAN HVAC TECH - INSTALLER

This position comes with a unique compensation package and wonderful benefits and perks! Depending on experience, you start off earning $35.00 - $45.00 / hour . You eventually transition to performance-based pay, where your earning potential rises to $120,000 / year based on the goals and benchmarks you meet.
