Job Description : 5+ years in 3PL sales leadership (FedEx, UPS, or similar). Proven success in enterprise logistics sales and warehouse monetization. Strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment (inventory, carriers, multi-channel). Experience managing 1099 sales teams and closing complex deals. Drive enterprise sales for mid-to-large e-commerce brands, wholesalers, and DTC retailers. Promote LECANGS cost-saving fulfillment solutions (vs. Amazon FBA) and end-to-end logistics (ocean freight to last-mile). Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1099 sales reps Leverage 15 U.S. warehouses to expand regional market share. Attend trade shows, build C-level relationships, and negotiate custom deals.
