Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be the face of the office, responsible for greeting and accommodating all visitors and managing incoming calls. You will oversee the administrative environment, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining supplies, and presenting a professional image.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate schedules for the president, two wealth advisors, and the director of business operations & compliance.
- Handle scheduling and communications related to business partners, prospects, and clients.
- Organize client review meetings, ensuring each client has at least one review meeting each year.
- Perform administrative tasks such as note-taking during meetings, preparing correspondence, managing filing systems, handling mail, coordinating with vendors, and ordering office supplies.
- Manage bill payments, receipt / invoice management, light reconciliations of credit cards, and bookkeeping.
- Serve as a 'power user' of the CRM system, ensuring clear data entry and helping the team use the CRM effectively.
- Assist in planning and executing events and educational workshops.
- Complete special projects as assigned and assist team members on various projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cockeysville, MD.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.84 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
