H&M Signs, Inc., to hire an Office Manager for 2-3 days a week starting in early January, 2026.
Duties include :
Answering the phone, transferring calls to a small group of office personnel and taking messages if needed.
Typing - primarily typing up Work Orders and Service Tickets in the Peachtree computer system. (Will train and very easy to learn).
Filing completed Work Orders and Service Tickets and making labels as needed.
General typing as needed.
Must be proficient in sending and receiving emails.
General filing in multiple locations in the office.
Will use shredding machine.
Will use Postage machine – Refilling postage – very simple.
Putting checks together, placing them in envelopes, placing postage on them and taking them to the Post Office weekly.
Placing weekly timecards in the employee’s slots in shop.
Creating labels for new timecards and other file folders.
Must maintain several weeks ahead of timecards for employees.
Ordering blank timecards from uPUNCH.
Ordering supplies from accounts with Costco and W.B. Mason and maintaining the supply cabinet.
Renewing employees Health Insurance with our carrier each year and sending completed signed forms to them.
