The Senior Coordinator of Legal Recruiting will be based in the firm's Washington, DC, office. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the on-campus recruiting process, lateral hiring, and assisting with the firm's summer program.

Description
- Collaborate with Legal Recruiting Manager to plan and manage summer program activities
- Draft and oversee Summer Program budget.
- Manage on-campus and callback interview logistics, including law school registration, firm hospitality suites, and scheduling.
- Coordinate year-round recruiting initiatives with school relationship managers across law school campuses.
- Facilitate interview process for lateral associate candidates, ensuring timely evaluations for hiring partner review.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing lateral recruiting pipeline and judicial clerks for hiring partners.
- Create annual recruiting report for the Hiring Committee, collaborating with Manager and Director.
- Maintain and update applicant information in recruiting database (viRecruit) as required.
Profile
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Minimum of two years of legal recruiting experience (required)
- Experience with viRecruit or other Legal Recruitment database (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving parts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
Job Offer
The firm is operating on a hybrid schedule. The Senior Coordinator will be required to be onsite more during peak season, but will have more flexibility October-March.
The salary range for the Senior Coordinator is $75,000-$85,000 and is entitled to overtime.
