Eden Autism Services is now hiring Full-Time, and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide support to adults in our group homes and day programs.

Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities is an advantage, but it’s not a requirement ! We provide paid training and you will be working with others as a team. Eden offers a variety of schedules—our employees find this flexibility perfect for their busy lives!

There will be 2 weeks of PAID TRAINING 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm for the positions working in Adult Services. The Training covers many topics such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods of teaching, Professional Crisis Management (PCM), CPR, and much more!! The Training is mandatory before you can start working in Program.

Our day centers are located in Hamilton, Plainsboro, and West Windsor.

• The Day Program schedule is Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm.

Our group homes and supervised apartments are located in Mercer and Middlesex Counties.

Presently the open positions are :

Weekend Days (Part-Time) in Lawrenceville - Saturday / Sunday 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm both days

Wednesday-Saturday Days (Full-Time) in Robbinsville.

3 Days ON 3 Days Off Rotation with sleep overnights (Full-Time) in East Windsor and Robbinsville

3 Nights ON 3 Nights off Rotation - Awake Overnight schedule

Sun-Wed in Plainsboro, NJ

Please note : Positions change periodically. Hours will be discussed.

As a DSP for Eden, your primary responsibilities will include :
