You’ll be responsible for reaching out to clients who have expressed interest in our services, educating them on available options, and ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication and growth.
Responsibilities :
Conduct virtual client consultations and provide personalized education.
Evaluate client goals and recommend options that align with their needs.
Maintain active communication and thorough follow-up.
Accurately record client interactions and updates within our CRM system.
Take initiative to continuously improve sales and relationship skills through training.
