About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing clinic team. You will provide essential speech and language therapy services to children at their homes / day cares. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills, overcome speech and language challenges, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's speech, language, and communication skills, identifying areas of need and developing appropriate goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and play-based therapy techniques.
• Provide direct therapy to children, addressing a variety of communication disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.
• Work collaboratively with families, providing education, strategies, and resources to support their child's communication development at home.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with other therapy disciplines, educators, and other members of the child's care team
• Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
