Essential Job Functions :
Administer medications in accordance with your license and care plans.Perform personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist with household services essential to health care, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize.Observe and document residents' health and emotional conditions, reporting changes promptly.Respond courteously to resident requests and emergency situations.Promote safety by following infection control practices and reporting unsafe conditions.Assist residents with mobility and transportation for appointments and activities.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.Tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.Experience working with elderly and emotionally upset individuals.Proficient in English for effective communication.Education and Experience :
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or Medication Assistant as per state laws.Preferred : 6 months or more experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.Who We Are
