Full Charge Bookkeeper

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

Schedule : 30 hours / week

Duties :

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software QuickBooks and Excel.
• Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries and assist in account analysis
• Assist with payroll processing and bank reconciliation tasks
• Provide support for budgeting and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting
