Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting's client, a California-based firm, seeks an  Employment Senior Litigator / Outside Litigation Counsel  (8+ years) for a  full-time remote role.  Perfect for a solo practitioner or seasoned litigator seeking steady work with one client.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead litigation matters : wage / hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, class actions, and consumer claims.
• Provide outside litigation counsel services, including litigation, strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and manage cases independently; supervise junior attorneys or staff when needed.

Requirements :

Active California Bar license.

8+ years’ employment and commercial litigation experience.

Strong judgment, work ethic, and commitment to results.
