Key Responsibilities :
- Litigate a variety of employment matters, including :
Wage-hour class actions
PAGA class actionsSingle-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation casesDraft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and manage discoveryAdvise clients on California employment law compliance and risk mitigation strategiesHandle non-compete / trade secret disputes and traditional labor matters (preferred but not required)Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and clients on high-impact employment casesQualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school3-4 years of employment litigation experience at a top law firmExcellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skillsAdmitted to practice in CaliforniaProven ability to work efficiently in high-performance environmentsCompensation :
