Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure a variety of HVAC systems, including :

Furnaces and Air Handlers

Central Air Conditioning Units

Boilers and Heat Pumps

Mini-Split Systems and Package RTU Units

Follow installation blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines

Ensure systems are installed per local code and safety regulations

Perform quality checks and startup tests post-installation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and service vehicle

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction

Accurately document all installation activities and materials used

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience in residential and light-commercial settings

Solid understanding of system layouts, ductwork, and startup procedures

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues on-site

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Highly adaptable and willing to learn new methods and technologies

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

No formal certification required, but experience is essential
