Job descriptionPhysical stamina and ability to handle heavy use of hands Comfort with repetitive motion and long periods of standing Ability to work safely in a food processing environment Willingness to work through the seasonal period No specific experience required Previous food processing experience preferred but not required No formal education or certifications necessary Bilingual workplace Employees provided smocks and boots; street clothes allowed but must not include shorts Boxing area requires boots (reimbursed by employer) Physically demanding and hot working conditions for sanitation roles No skills testing, drug testing, or background check required Team-oriented environment with shift schedules that can accommodate various needs Opportunity for seasonal employees to return next year with a pay buyout for good performance Some employees may find working directly with turkeys challenging

- Clean and sanitize facility (night shifts, including use of hot water and chemicals)
