What You'll Do :

• Innovate : Spearhead the design and development of next-generation products.
• Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, machinists, and customers to bring visionary concepts to life. Connecting with our customers and vendors to understand design requirements and end user function.
• Problem-Solve : Tackle complex engineering challenges with creativity and precision, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, documenting, and production.
• Optimize : Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability, ensuring our products exceed expectations. Investigating, identifying, and collaborating to implement cost savings using process and design.
• Steward : Guide engineering changes through resolving print questions and product requirements with customers or vendors. Provide internal customers; machinists, quality technicians, engineers, and operators, with updated documents and information necessary to meet our customers needs.
