A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor for the Medical Only Team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service

Promote best practices in claims handling according to organizational standards

Manage workloads and team performance, including hiring and training adjusters

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of all team member related functions

Prior leadership experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience
