The Opportunity : IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer-focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training, skill enhancement, and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager, and site manager positions.

Hourly Compensation : $18.00 - $19.00 USD per hour, DOE

Hours : Monday through Friday 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate mailing, copying, scanning, and reprographic equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Pick up, sort, deliver, and track mail, packages, and copy jobs in a timely manner.
• Handle confidential, urgent, and time-sensitive materials with discretion and reliability.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing packages, applying postage, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain delivery logs, manifests, and reports while supporting cross-training initiatives.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and assist with special or high-priority deliveries as needed.
