Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Flexible & Supportive Work Environment

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist seeking stability, collaboration, and growth. Join a team that values transparency and professional development.

Position : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities :

Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
Develop and adjust treatment plans to support client progress.
Work closely with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
Manage a consistent caseload effectively.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.

Experience in evidence-based therapy approaches and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well within a team and a commitment to continued learning.
