Job descriptionVaried work schedule with every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation Based at North Colorado Medical Center with expected float to support Loveland Campus or BFC if needed Must be proficient in caring for medical, oncology, and telemetry medical / surgical patients Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips NIHSS certification required BLS certification required Current valid RN license in state of practice required Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team Document all nursing interventions and patient responses according to policy requirements May be required to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics for patient transfers Referral bonus
