Overview
The Sr. Analyst - Digital Analytics is an important part of BISSELL's Go To Market Analytics (GTMA) center of excellence supporting the business with actionable insights for the Go-to Market strategy. The role is responsible for leading the data collection, measurement, analysis and optimization of digital media performance. This individual will work across BISSELL's media team and media agency to track campaign performance and drive data for marketing mix modeling framework. This individual will assist in creating actionable media insights that are data driven and to optimize media plan objectives and results.
This individual is expected to understand campaign performance across multiple content platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Google, while also interpreting external agency reporting to provide actionable insights for content optimization. The candidate should understand basic metrics and data required to track digital media campaigns and be able to analyze / interpret performance insights. This position will require hands-on data collection and analysis utilizing tools like Domo and / or other BI dashboarding tools. This position will assist the associate manager media data strategy & analytics with providing and improving our marketing mix modeling measurement and insights. This associate is responsible for helping build best-in-class tracking and modeling of our digital media performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in advancing the measurement framework to assess the holistic impact of omnichannel media efforts on sales.
- Track KPI & measurement goals while providing actionable, data-derived insights.
- Creates and delivers reports on campaign performance in an articulate and analytical manner to highlight insights and recommend action items.
- Analyzes data from all performance media campaigns to recommend improvements toward higher return on investment.
- Analyze and report data on a daily / weekly / monthly and ad-hoc basis across a variety of presentation types.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously working with external agencies and internal resources.
- Build and maintain marketing / media data pipelines and enable automated data ingestion.
- Build self-service dashboards and provide timely reporting and insights to business stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Degree minimum : Bachelor's DegreeSpecific concentration : Advertising, Business, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Data and Analytics or related field.Experience level : 5 years' experience and proven success in managing and executing performance media campaigns, and experience presenting analytics reports in a clear, effective, and dynamic manner to internal and external partners.SKILLS REQUIRED
Must possess the ability to handle a variety of projects at one time ensuring timely delivery of materials.Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.Strong analytics experience with proficiency in Domo (preferred) and / or Tableau, Power BI,Looker / Google Data Studio, etc., as well as Excel and Google Analytics. Experience in Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, etc.) a plus.Solid ability to collaborate with other departments / colleagues / agencies to further joint initiatives.
