We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing organization as a Sr. Insights Analyst. The role will be based in our Chicago offices or Remote and report to the TAG Consumer Insights team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to :
- Collaborate on execution of quantitative and / or qualitative Market Research / Insights projects in a fast-moving, customer-focused organization, including implementation of foundational elements of research study design (sampling strategy, questionnaire design, data analysis, and report development)
- Manage projects with some guidance or in partnership with vendors to deliver compelling insights to the organization
Responsibilities :
Contribute toward building and maintaining a prospective patient panel to leverage pre-screened and engaged category samples for quick turn and cost-effective researchSupport development and reporting on Aspen Dental ad and copy testingBuild trusted relationships with colleagues across the organization to understand business needs and align on business objectivesSynthesize data to uncover insights which drive enhanced understanding of customer behaviorCollaborate with colleagues to test, implement and integrate Marketing tacticsQualifications :
Education Level : Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience Level : 2+ years relevant professional experience in Marketing, Market Research or Insights functionSome experience working on highly visible, highly impactful cross-functional projectsMust be intellectually curious, inquisitive, thoughtful, and a good listenerStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task several complex projects with the flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced environmentSolid interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate across functional areas Resourceful and motivated self-starterDetail orientedAnalytical & Word Processing skills : Must demonstrate advanced command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS or SAS) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) a plusExperience with developing and / or leading proprietary customer research panels a plusClear and concise presentation & communication skillsAbility to travel as necessary (~5%)If you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here :
