Project Coordinator

What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and accurate project execution. Your responsibilities will include :

• Data & Order Management : Enter and verify client orders in Syteline, maintain accurate records across Salesforce and internal systems, and review quotes for accuracy.
• Client Coordination : Process part and warranty requests, schedule technicians, and manage order flow to ensure timely shipments and invoicing.
• Customer Service Excellence : Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven communication.
• Problem Solving : Tackle issues with creativity and confidence, leveraging policies, procedures, and cross-functional teamwork to resolve challenges.
• Team Support : Provide backup support to project managers and participate in special projects that drive company success.
