Administrative Operations Coordinator
The Administrative Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Campus President, faculty, and staff, ensuring efficient daily operations. This role performs general office functions, supports compliance and accreditation efforts, and coordinates onboarding documentation for new hires. This position also plays a key role in organizing campus events, maintaining records, and supporting communication across departments.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and visitors, providing information and administrative supportCoordinate and track new hire documentation, including I-9 compliance and credential verificationMaintain organized records and filing systems for personnel, compliance, and accreditation documentationAssist with scheduling meetings, campus events, and coordinating leadership calendarsPrepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and official documentsSupport accreditation and regulatory processes by gathering and submitting required documentationCoordinate with internal teams and state agencies to process periodic updates of application surveys and compliance documentsCoordinate office supply inventory and manage ordersAssist with special projects assigned by campus leadershipOther duties as assignedQualifications
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED (required); Associate's degree in business or related field (preferred)Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience (required)Experience in post-secondary education (preferred)Skills

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at an assigned company location. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.Local travel required (up to 5%)
