We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Eteros. This role is essential for driving our sales efforts and providing technical expertise to our clients. Located in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our innovative products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs.
- Provide pre-sales support by demonstrating product capabilities and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Create layouts and high-level drawings for custom projects.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to generate layouts for equipment installations.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables related to sales initiatives.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the agricultural or machinery sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to machinery and equipment.
- Ability to create CAD drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage accounts, and forecast sales.
- Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in the cannabis, agriculture, or horticulture industries, particularly with processing or cultivation equipment.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and operational challenges of the cannabis sector.
- Existing network of contacts in cannabis-related businesses or adjacent industries.
