Job descriptionSupervise and support warehouse associates in daily inbound and outbound tasks. Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Track shipments and resolve operational issues with inventory or carriers. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. Communicate updates to supervisors and coordinate with other teams. The lead will train associates, assist the management team and follow corporate and site-specific good manufacturing practices and report noncompliance when observed and other duties as assigned. In addition, the lead will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements :
- 13 years warehouse or logistics experience (3pl experience preferred).
- Leadership skills; able to guide and support a small team.
- Basic computer skills; comfortable with warehouse systems.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift / reach truck experience a plus.
Responsibilities :
Schedule : Monday to Friday (OT as needed)
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00PM
Pay Rate : $21.50 per hour
