Responsibilities :
- DME items, with high volume for oxygen, PAP devices, hospital beds and support surfaces
- Review qualifying documentation and testing for the above products
- Create and send orders / CMN / SMNs to providers for signature
- Work aging accounts daily to insure appropriate documentation is complete in order to submit to payers for timely reimbursement
- Written and verbal skills to ensure accurate communication with commercial and government for all DME equipment, follow HIPAA guidelines, Medicare ACA guidelines, Medicare ADR audits, CERT audits and any other regulatory requirements for obtaining qualifying supporting documentation to send for reimbursement
- Verify prior authorizations requirements are met for DME products according to payer guidelines and complete necessary adjustments when required
