Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate account strategies and manage customer contracts to maximize profitability
Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and represent accounts professionally
Monitor competitive activity and coordinate internal communications to address customer goals and account issues
Required Qualifications
University degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental; MBA is a plus
7+ years of experience in Corporate Key Account management within the chemical industry
Knowledge of Electric Utility Coal Fire and Cement plant markets
Proven track record of maintaining relationships with key customers
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
