Company : Our client is a multi-location manufacturer of extruded plastic products. Their products are used in a variety of applications including : personal care, appliances, consumer, food, medical and more utilizing a wide range of resins.

Process Engineer Responsibilities :

• The Process Engineer will optimize the yield and minimize scrap in the extrusion process for current and new products
• The Process Engineer will manage projects to refine SOP’s for existing products and optimize processing parameters
• The Process Engineer will ensure (hands-on) to optimize materials processing
• Ensure successfully introduction of new injection extruded products and associated tooling into manufacturing, including creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• The Process Engineer will work in concert with production and maintenance personnel to deliver new process standards and / or safety improvements with new and / or existing equipment and machinery.
• The Process Engineer coordinates continuous improvement and production process refinement efforts.

Process Engineer Qualifications :
