ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation :

• Provide daily surveyor reimbursement / payroll services, including :
• Reviewing surveyor expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of business expenses and preparing them for payment.
• Processing surveyor payroll for surveys completed, bonuses, and other special payments.
• Maintaining surveyor database for payroll processing.
• Preparing business letters and memos regarding surveyor expenses.
• Interfacing with surveyors to answer questions concerning payments.
• Enter invoices for payment into the accounting system.
• Provide backup for various accounting assistant tasks.
• Adheres to ethical principles and company policies regarding the safeguarding of restricted and / or confidential information obtained as part of Finance department activities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The market entry salary for this full-time, non-exempt position is $19.31 hourly USD, payable semi-monthly. Actual starting salary is commensurate with education and experience. WORK LOCATION

Based in Tucson, AZ, this position is not eligible for relocation assistance or full-time remote work. However, this position may be eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
