The position requires the application of conventional engineering practices in all facets of overhead and underground distribution designs. Moreover, the incumbent must maintain current distribution construction standards and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks regarding safety, reliability, and practicality. A high degree of independence is afforded in decision-making and judgment calls with minimal oversight.
The role also includes supervising subordinate employees and conducting related tasks as necessary, always under the general guidance of the Assistant Vice President of Engineering and Operations.
