TSP Talent Solutions is engaged in a direct hire search for a Territory Account Manager who has started their pharmaceutical sales career, and is looking to elevate their industry expertise. You'll play a key role in expanding presence in the territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure long term success, and driving customer satisfaction as a product expert in a complex market.

Role Overview :

• Champion our pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers in your area.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, attend conferences, and support training events.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of the curve with industry knowledge, product updates, and compliance standards.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,000k to $125,000k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
