The HR & Recruiting Liaison Warehouse Operations acts as the critical link between Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. This role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with HR policies, safety standards, and operational requirements. You will manage headcount tracking, requisition submissions, candidate interviews, and onboarding for non-exempt hourly roles. Partnering closely with the Site HR Manager, you will play a key role in building a strong workforce, driving process improvements, and supporting a safe, productive warehouse environment.
