Process Operator

This full-time onsite position in Brainerd, Minnesota, supports our hands-on, safety- and quality-focused production process and contributes to high-quality pet food manufacturing. Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room
• Train staff on proper meat room workflow and sanitation procedures
• Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted
• Mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into meat grinder
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications
• Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift
• Clean meat room equipment throughout the day and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.
