Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Scottsdale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will handle day-to-day legal tasks including managing complex family law cases, preparing motions, and addressing various legal issues. The attorney will also provide client consultations and represent clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law and legal issues
• Experience in handling motions and depositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Arizona State Bar
• Experience with high net worth divorce cases and high conflict parenting disputes is a plus
