Job descriptionArticulation and phonological disorder intervention across developmental levels Language therapy addressing vocabulary, grammar, and narrative skills Augmentative and alternative munication (AAC) device training and implementation Social munication skills training for students with autism spectrum disorders Executive functioning support related to language and munication Feeding and swallowing consultation with appropriate referral protocols Literacy support integrating phonological awareness and language skills Participate in IEP team meetings presenting assessment results and therapy remendations Consult with teachers on classroom munication strategies and acmodations Provide parent training and home practice activities supporting therapy goals Collaborate with occupational therapists and other specialists for integrated services Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate progress monitoring data municate regularly with families regarding student progress and concerns Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings addressing plex student needs Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing Minimum 2 years of school-based speech therapy experience Strong knowledge of pediatric munication disorders and evidence-based interventions Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery Excellent rapport-building skills for engaging students in online therapy Proficiency with digital therapy materials and educational technology Expertise in assessment and treatment across munication disorder areas Knowledge of special education law and IEP development processes Cultural and linguistic petency for serving diverse student populations Strong organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation requirements Ability to adapt therapy materials and techniques for virtual delivery mitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice Excellent written and verbal munication skills for stakeholder collaboration Reliable high-speed internet for video therapy sessions Professional workspace with appropriate lighting and minimal background noise Webcam and headset providing clear audio-visual quality Access to digital therapy materials and teletherapy platforms Secure technology meeting HIPAA and FERPA pliance standards

Transform student munication outes through expert speech and language therapy in our innovative virtual education platform. We're seeking a dedicated speech language pathologist to deliver prehensive therapy services that help students develop essential munication skills in our dynamic online learning environment.
Position Overview
Provide speech and language therapy for a caseload of 45-55 students weekly, working 37 hours in our structured virtual platform. Your expertise will support students across elementary through high school levels with articulation disorders, language delays, fluency concerns, and social munication needs through evidence-based teletherapy services.
Clinical Service Delivery
- Conduct prehensive speech and language evaluations for initial assessments and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, phonology, and language goals
- Provide direct therapy services through engaging virtual sessions using interactive digital materials
- Implement evidence-based interventions for expressive and receptive language disorders
- Support students with fluency disorders including stuttering and cluttering
- Address pragmatic language and social munication difficulties
- Deliver therapy for voice and resonance disorders using virtual techniques
