Job descriptionProtects the company from costly funding errors Ensures loans fund on time, preserving broker & borrower experience Enhances internal operational efficiency In This Role You Will : Ensure closing packages are returned timely Review executed loans documents for accuracy and completeness. Balance final figures with title and resolve discrepancies timely and accurately Prepare and order wire timely and accurately Work with corporate wire department to ensure accurate and timely issuance of wires Provide required documentation to corporate wire department and warehouse bank. Ensure loans are funded timely. Respond timely and accurately to general funding inquiries. Maintain set service levels. Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage funding experience. Experience reviewing executed loan documents, non-QM experience a plus Experience with disbursement of loan proceeds and wire preparation Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations, including TRID. Familiarity with LOS platforms such as Encompass Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate findings professionally and clearly in written responses. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
