Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Actuarial Services who will lead and guide the actuarial function and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide actuarial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Manage teams to support business objectives and oversee rate setting processes
Analyze financial risks and develop strategies for regulatory compliance and product performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, data science, finance, statistics, economics, or related field
ASA designation from the Society of Actuaries
Eight years of progressive healthcare actuary leadership experience
Two years of experience managing a team
