AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join our Grants Resiliency and Master Planning Team. This is an entry-level position based in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

Under supervision, performs duties such as :

• Supporting senior grants coordinators, planners, engineers, and project managers with data collection.
• Performing computations, preparing tabulations and graphs.
• Coordinating technical meetings and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Assisting in grant writing, administration, and monitoring activities.
• Reconciling costs and preparing documentation for grant reimbursements.
• Conducting site assessments and entering data into systems.
• Providing quality control on grants-related documents.
• Supporting planning, proposal, and report preparation.
• Providing database support and technical writing.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree plus relevant experience or education in planning, finance, engineering, or related fields. Skills in technical writing, analytical thinking, and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat). Strong organizational and research skills are essential. No professional registration required.
