Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Treasury Services team to support our billing transformation initiative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in data analysis, data mapping, business process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze, interpret, and map complex data sets related to billing transactions to support system migration and integration
  • Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes
  • Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and / or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution
  • Documents all project takeaways and coordinates with impacted stakeholders to address and resolve any issue
  • Assist with project management for selected (sub)projects
  • Act as the go between the product / business and technology teams
  • Identify automation and / or efficiency opportunities
  • Oversee and manage any initiatives aimed at advancing the project.
  • Develop training materials as required. Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

  • Conduct data analysis
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements
  • Host project meetings to resolve outstanding deliverables
  • Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables
  • Write user stories and log JIRA
  • Develop training material
  • Attend and participate in project calls

    • Required Skills / Years of Experience :

  • 4-6 years of experience in a business and data analysis environment required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Preferred Skills / Years of Experience :

  • Experience with Treasury Services products and services, such as cash management, liquidity, trade finance, billing and electronic banking, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and managing programs involving multiple sub-projects.
  • Background in finance / tech company
  • System Migration experience

  • Duration : 12-month contract opportunity
  • Hybrid Work Model : 4 days onsite required weekly in Downtown Pittsburgh office
  • Rate Range : $35-40 / hr. W2 (based on experience)
