WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Talent Solutions Consultant I, you'll support smooth, high-quality implementations of our applicant tracking and performance tools for clients across industries. You’ll work directly with HR and hiring leaders to understand their recruiting workflows and configure systems to fit their goals. This is a hands-on role focused on precision and service—setting up technology correctly the first time and delivering responsive support through launch.
Configure ATS platforms based on client recruiting needs, using documented best practices
Facilitate discovery sessions to understand hiring workflows and translate them into system logic
Deliver virtual training sessions to help hiring managers and HR teams adopt new tools
Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive, clear communication during implementation
Maintain clean, accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and system integrity
WHAT YOU BRING
You have a strong grasp of recruiting processes and an eye for system details. Whether you’ve worked inside a recruiting team or implemented talent tools before, you’re organized, client-focused, and ready to grow your technical skillset. You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks, learning new systems, and ensuring client expectations are met without sacrificing accuracy.
Familiarity with recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, application steps, and hiring stages
Experience supporting or executing ATS setups, either internally or in a client-facing role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple implementation tasks in parallel
Effective communicator who can present clearly to users with varying levels of tech comfort
Problem-solver with a track record of identifying root causes and resolving system issues quickly
