At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism build communication, independence, and social skills.

We’re hiring an RBT in the Fayetteville, NC area to provide in-home ABA therapy during structured morning hours, with optional clinic-based hours available for those seeking additional time or a pathway to full-time work.

Position Highlights

• Setting : Primarily in-home ABA therapy (optional clinic hours available)
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–12 : 00 PM (required)
• Additional Hours : Optional afternoon clinic shifts available
• Status : Part-time, with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Pay Range : $21.50–$26.00 / hr, based on experience and certification
