Seeking a skilled and dynamic Administrator to lead a 48-bed skilled nursing facility. The Administrator will oversee operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote high-quality, resident-centered care.

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)\n\nPatient Population : Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care\n\nCensus : 48 beds\n\nFTE : 1.0\n\nShift : Varied\n\nStart Date : ASAP\n\nPay Range : $41–$68 / hr (salaried / exempt)\n\nSign -On Bonus : $10,000 total ($5K at 6mo, $5K at 12mo)\n\nRelocation Bonus : Available, TBD at offer\n\nEducation Required : Bachelor’s Degree\n\nLicense Required : LNHA\n\nExperience Preferred : Previous LTC administration
