This position is a federal work study position.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for physics or astronomy courses.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere conducive to academic success.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts through engaging and interactive methods.
- Collaborate with faculty and fellow Learning Coaches to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, empowering them to overcome challenges and excel.
- Stay updated on course content and instructional methods to ensure effective support.
Qualifications :
- Enthusiasm for physics or astronomy and a strong understanding of related coursework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
