Kitchen Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline kitchen processes-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation-Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and food preparation-Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed-Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction-Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop menus, specials, and promotions-Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a kitchen environment-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team-Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, vendor management, and cost controlUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in food handling-
