We are looking for a Commercial Service Coordinator who would be responsible for professionally coordinating the needs of our customers through the intake of service calls, appropriate scheduling and dispatching of technicians, billing and other duties to assist the departmental team.

What You'll Need for the Job :
DispatchingReceive and manage service calls from customersUnderstand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians and assign them appropriatelyDebrief each call before dispatching the technicianContact customer prior to dispatchTrack and update the computerized dispatch board based on work order completionCross-trained as a back-up to the Billing Specialist and assist in the billing process as directed.Customer ServiceResolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective mannerRespond promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicate professionally with customers via phone and / or emailService Contracts - Schedule service and preventative maintenanceAssist Service Managers when necessary for customer feedback or follow up after customer work is completedAdditional duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For :
2 years office / customer service experienceDispatch experience preferredKnowledge of plumbing or HVAC industries is a plusAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and techniciansAbility to learn scheduling / dispatching / billing software programsExcellent communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBe able to communicate well with internal team members.
