The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business valued at $1,000,000+, with a strong focus on mutual funds, ETFs, venture capital, private equity, and other areas within financial services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, particularly in financial services sectors such as mutual funds, ETFs, venture capital, and private equity.
• Lead and contribute to complex legal projects within corporate M&A, cybersecurity, crypto, and private funds sectors.
• Collaborate with other partners and associates to ensure comprehensive client service and support.
• Identify opportunities for firm growth, including potential firm acquisitions and succession planning.
• Integrate seamlessly with the existing team, contributing positively to the firm’s culture and vision.
