As a Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Site - Full Time  in Santa Clara, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at a premier retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a strong and approachable presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting visitors with professionalism and courtesy. You will also be expected to communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service, supporting both the client and their guests. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
