Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Understand clients' insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Policy Recommendations : Recommend suitable insurance coverage options based on clients' unique requirements.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Sales and Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to enhance clients' coverage.
Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular contact and addressing their insurance concerns.
Requirements
Licensing : Active insurance license in the state of Texas.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused : Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
