Description
As a Program Manager, you will lead multiple programs that span across teams and organizations. You will proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. This role requires strong leadership in scoping, phasing, and managing ambiguous, cross-functional challenges, while ensuring downstream change management and stakeholder alignment.

- The role requires someone who can troubleshot, set up and help in demo of products like android XR, AR / VR etc.
- He / She won't be presenting the demo, there will be others who will do it, he / she needs to be there in case of any problems, he / she may need to troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities
Define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks / dependencies for moderately complex programs.Translate ambiguous goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the appropriate level of program management for each initiative.Create detailed project plans that outline discrete phases, risk mitigation, and stakeholder needs.Develop and track metrics and dashboards that promote continuous improvement and resource stewardship.Design and deliver clear, optimized communication plans, including executive and partner updates.Anticipate change management requirements and lead the design and rollout of change management strategies, including impact analysis and progress monitoring.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and resolving prioritization conflicts.Manage program escalations proactively and drive alignment across diverse teams.Collect and analyze data to guide program governance, decision-making, and reporting.Maintain project trackers, automate processes to enhance operational efficiency, and establish governance structures for escalations, mitigations, and postmortems.Drive effective stakeholder meetings and foster collaboration rooted in Product Excellence, Inclusion, and brand trust.Minimum Qualifications
