Job Summary :

The Team Lead – Language Interpretation will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of interpreters to ensure high-quality service delivery across all supported languages. The role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). The Team Lead acts as a key liaison between interpreters, operations, quality, and management teams to drive performance excellence and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of interpreters across multiple languages (onsite and / or remote).
• Manage daily operations including attendance, scheduling, shift adherence, and coverage.
• Monitor interpreter performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, utilization, and punctuality.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Training teams to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Handle interpreter and client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new interpreters.
• Track and report team KPIs, preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and client-specific requirements.
